He is an expert in rapid prototyping for all food and beverage channels and has extensive knowledge in the bench-top to commercialization process.
Scott obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from The California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Culinary Arts Degree from The Culinary Institute of America-Hyde Park, New York.
